1The name and number of your caller may not be displayed for every incoming call. In some cases, you will see a message on your Caller ID display unit instead of the name and number of the caller. The exact wording of the message may vary depending upon your display unit. “Out of Area” or “Unavailable” messages are from calls made outside specially equipped areas and calls made through an operator. “Private” or “Anonymous” messages are from calls made by people who have blocked the display of their phone information.
2Call Trace information is only available to law enforcement.
3Per-Call Blocking and Per-Line Blocking may inhibit your ability to place certain types of calls, such as toll-free calls and pay-per-call services, where the caller’s identification is required by the recipient.
